Thomas Selvage, Managing Director

Thomas Selvage, NMLS# 197209, brings more than 34 years of experience in finance, including 24 years focused on real estate. His career has taken him from loan officer to Senior Vice President of a major real estate corporation. Today, he serves as Managing Director of SFG LLC, where he uses his knowledge to help Texas property owners better understand their circumstances and available options.

 Deontay Roaf, NMLS# 1448707, has worked in real estate and finance since 2003, building experience in mortgage lending, property management, real estate investing, and client service. As Assistant Managing Director of SFG LLC, she helps Texas homeowners organize important information and consider practical property paths.
